When a customer checks out, by default the site will require the customer to click a checkbox agreeing to set terms and conditions. These terms and conditions can be custom to your site.
As a customer, when they are ready to complete their [checkout], they will be shown a checkbox they need to check before the process order button is enabled.
To have your Terms & Conditions wording set, contact your Project Manager at CIMCloud or [submit a ticket in Extranet] to the CIMCloud Support team. [verify that this is correct as I could not find a place that the client can set this themselves]
Terms & Conditions are set, that a customer must agree to before checking out.
