There are two ways to earn spiffs: Customer Demos & One-Hour-No-Homework Sessions
Demos
$50 per CIMcloud Demo Completed
- Spiff Paid To Each PAM-PSS Team
- Spiff Paid To Each Partner Rep
- No Limit On Qualified Demos
- Demos must be completed by September 30, 2023
- Counts toward the PAM-PSS Payout Total
- Payout Date: October 15, 2023
One-Hour-No-Homework (OHNH) Sessions
$100 per OHNH Completed
- Spiff paid to each PAM-PSS Team
- Spiff paid to each Partner Rep
- No Limit On Qualified 1st Time (Per Rep) OHNH
- OHNHs must be completed by September 30, 2023
- Counts toward the PAM-PSS Payout Total
- Payout Date: October 15, 2023
The Glory (and the Extra Kicker)
All Payout totals will be honored, regardless of the the PAM-PSS Payout Total. For the top two teams seeking glory, there is a little extra kicker!
FIRST PLACE – The PAM-PSS team with the highest Payout Total will earn a 50% kicker on the PAM-PSS Payout total.
SECOND PLACE – The PAM-PSS team with the second highest Payout Total will earn a 25% kicker on the PAM-PSS Payout total.
For example, if the 1st place PAM-PSS booked 10 OHNHs and drove 20 Demos, their original $2,000 PAM-PSS Payout would increase to $3,000!
Generate Demand, Earn Spiffs
- Book a One-On-One Alignment Meeting with your PAM-PSS team and a member of the CIMcloud team.
- Make intros to your Partner Reps for OHNH Session.
- Encourage your Partner Reps to send Leads for demos. You can send leads via email to a member of the CIMcloud team or through the Lead Submission Form.
