Overview
Unit of Measure (Advanced) allows for using more than the two units of measure and those mapped to the the product. If using just the standard and sales unit of measure the feature Unit of Measure (standard and sales only) may work instead of this feature. This feature allows for more than two units of measure (UOM) and for some ERPs it supports UOM specific pricing. Users will see the available UOMs and select for each product. The is part of bundle Unit of Measure (Advanced) and is available on sites with version 2025.11 (4.15.0) or higher.
NOTE: Advance UOM is not currently compatible with using Search Service on the Site. If using Search Service do not use this feature
What a CRM User Sees
A CRM worker will not see anything different
What an Admin User Sees
An admin user will see new pages for the UOMs mapped from ERP and Product to UOM mappings
In the Product Catalog section of the worker portal is a new page for the Units of Measure. Normally this data is synced from the ERP.

If you click on Edit you will see the detail

Also in the Product Catalog section of the worker portal is a page that shows the Product to UOM mappings

When you click on Edit you will see the detail page. Most of the fields on this page are for future functionality. The data needed for this feature to function is all typically synced from the ERP

What a Customer Site User Sees
Customer site users will see the UOM dropdown on the product and the UOM selected during checkout. Users should also see the appropriate price display for the UOM. Quantity price breaks should update based on the selected UOM
