Customer Site Settings – llms.txt

Overview

As of Release 2026.05 (4.16.0) the llms.txt customer site setting allows you to define content for a llms.txt file served on your site’s domain. What an Admin Worker Sees

The llms.txt content is configured per customer site in the Settings Workspace under Customer Site Settings > Customer Sites.

  1. Navigate to Settings Workspace > Customer Site Settings > Customer Sites
  2. Edit the customer site you want to configure
  3. Click the llms.txt tab in the left navigation
  4. Enter your llms.txt content in the Content field (typically markdown format)
  5. Click Save Customer Site

To preview the content, go to https://your-sites-custom-domain.com/llms.txt

Important Notes

  • The llms.txt file is only accessible on customer domains. It is not served on shared platform domains (e.g., cimproduction.com, cimstaging.com, mycimcloud.com) to prevent accidental crawling.
  • Content is configured individually per customer site, allowing each site to provide its own tailored information to AI tools.
  • The content should follow the llms.txt markdown format — starting with an H1 title, an optional blockquote summary, and organized sections with links to key resources.
