Overview:
After your site is integrated with Sage you will want to verify the data on the CIMcloud platform. For this you will want to verify that sales orders, shipments, invoices, payments and credits on the platform match Sage. In each case it is most likely enough to spot check a handful of customers and not check every single one.
Sales Orders
To verify your sales order data head to the manage sales orders page. It is located in the CRM workspace under the orders & shipments heading: , CRM workspace -> Orders & Shipments -> Sales Orders. You can also get there from the CRM workspace home page by finding the sales order dashboard button under the orders & shipments heading. Once here open the filter menu, using the following icon , and select account from the group by dropdown and then search. This will reload the manage sales orders page grouping by account. From here you can download the report, using the follow icon , and use it to verify against a Sage report of sales orders by customer.
Shipments
To verify your shipment data head to the manage shipments page. It is located in the CRM workspace under the orders & shipments heading: CRM workspace -> Orders & Shipments -> Shipments. You can also get there from the CRM workspace home page by finding the shipment dashboard button under the orders & shipments heading. Once here open the filter menu and select account from the group by dropdown and then search. This will reload the manage shipments page grouping by account. From here you can download the report and use it to verify against a Sage report of shipments by customer.
Invoices
To verify your invoices head to the manage invoices page. It is located in the CRM workspace under the invoices heading: CRM workspace -> Invoices -> Invoice Aging. You can also get there from the CRM workspace home page by finding the invoice aging dashboard button under the invoices heading. From here you can download the report and use it to verify against a Sage report of open invoices by customer.
Payments
To verify your payment data head to the manage payments page. It is located in the CRM workspace under the payments & credits heading: CRM workspace -> Payments & Credits -> Payments. You can also get there from the CRM workspace home page by finding the payments dashboard button under the payments & credits heading. Once here open the filter menu and select account from the group by dropdown and then search. This will reload the manage payments page grouping by account. From here you can download the report and use it to verify against a Sage report of payments by customer.
