Overview
As of Release 2025.11 (4.15.0) the CIMcloud product supports product pricing by warehouse. This is where the price for a product coming from one warehouse may have a different price that the same product coming from a different warehouse. This is part of bundle Advanced Product Inventory Tools [T] and additional features from this bundle will be required to assign a warehouse to the order or allow warehouse selection at the product level.
This feature does require additional mappings for product pricing so contact CIMcloud before using this feature to ensure the appropriate mappings are in place.
In general the pricing works so that if there is pricing set up for a specific product at a specific pricing level (All users, customer price class or price level, or customer specific pricing) and for a given warehouse, that pricing only applies if the warehouse is assigned to that particular order line. If there is no warehouse or a different warehouse the pricing will not apply. If there is a matching warehouse at the customer price class (price level) and there is also customer specific pricing without a warehouse, then the customer specific pricing without a warehouse will apply since it is specific.
The only difference that will be seen at this time will be the feature required to enable warehouse pricing. This does not add any additional displays. Unless the site is also using the warehouse droplist selector. If using the warehouse droplist selector and warehouse pricing then all warehouse selection droplists have been removed from the search results page and you have to go to the product detail page or select the options pop-up to select a warehouse and add to cart.
Set-up
To enable this pricing in addition to contacting CIMcloud to ensure the appropriate price mappings are in place, the following feature needs to be enabled. The feature is Use Warehouse Pricing and is located in the Inventory section of Application Features and the Product Inventory Advanced Tools bundle section
