Overview
If you are migrating from an older version of the CIMcloud platform (webdriver/managerfront) and are familiar with the term Super Users, this functionality now translates to what we call Workers (internal users, your employees) and/or Power Customers (external users, your customers).
Use cases:
- An internal user (employee of your company), previously setup as a Super User. On our new core platform you would set this user up as a Worker.
- More information on how to set up and manage Workers within your Worker Portal can be found here.
- An external user (customer of your company), previously setup as a Super User. On our new core platform you would set this user up as a Power Customer.

- This enables you to configure parent/child relationships between accounts and allows you to grant users (contacts) on a parent account the ability to impersonate (log in as) their children.
