Manage Contacts

Step-by-Step Process:

  • Use the Contacts task from the Customers drop list menu in the CRM Workspace
  • Locate the Contact record to be changed
  • Use the Password link on the right of the line if only a password change is needed
  • Use the Edit link on the right to change any of the following:
    • Disable the Contact
    • Add or change personal information (name, phone number, email address)
    • Assign Contact to a different account
  • Complete revision by selecting Save Contact at bottom of the page

Results:

Revisions to the Contact’s record will be saved to the platform data

NOTE – Contacts are not imported into the ERP system and revisions to existing records on the platform are immediately effective.
