The following is a step-by-step process for managing Contacts within the CIMcloud platform:
- Use the Contacts task from the Customers drop list menu in the CRM Workspace
- Locate the Contact record to be changed
- Use the Password link on the right of the line if only a password change is needed
- Use the Edit link on the right to change any of the following:
- Disable the Contact
- Add or change personal information (name, phone number, email address)
- Assign Contact to a different account
- Complete revision by selecting Save Contact at bottom of the page
All revisions to the Contact’s record will be saved to the platform data
Contacts are not imported into the ERP system and revisions to existing records on the platform are immediately effective.
