Stand Alone Products are products in the CIMcloud Application that are not a child and do not have children. These products are essentially products with no options.
Step-by-Step Process:
- In the [worker portal] navigate to:
Product Workspace → Product Catalog → Products
- Once here, [the worker] can choose a product they would like to set as a stand alone product -or- add a new product and set it as a stand alone product. [Adding/Editing Products]
- On the Product Add/Edit page, navigate to the ‘Parent-Child Settings’ section.
- Here [the worker] will select ‘None’. This will set the product as a stand alone product.
