This article provides more details on how to pay your CIMcloud invoices by mailing in a paper check.
First, Consider Paying Us Electronically
We will graciously accept payments via a paper check in the mail if that is most convenient for you. However, our strong preference is for customers to pay electronically via our customer self-service portal (Extranet). You can also set up automatic payments for recuring charges, pro-services invoices, or both!
- To see and pay you invoices online via our self-service portal
- Go to our portal, log in, and click “Make Online Payment”

Paying Invoices with Paper Checks
*NOTICE* New remit-to address for Check Payments below is effective as of February 2024!
As of February 2024, our remit-to address has changed to a lockbox* service for improved customer security. The new address is below.

Why Did We Switch to a Bank Lockbox Service?
To improve the security of our customer information and administrative processing we now maintain a lockbox through our operating banking relationships. This arrangement allows for additional validation and security for our customers who choose to pay by traditional paper check. While this does represent added overhead, the platform control and improvements to visibility and security empower us to support paper check payments in a modern and more secure way.
