Annual Price Increase FAQ

Why are we receiving an annual price increase?

Annual price increases are necessary to address the costs of product enhancements, infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity, and rising employee expenses. These increases ensure we have the resources necessary to provide you the level of service you have come to expect from CIMcloud.

When will my annual price increase go into effect?

The yearly adjustment will take effect on your first billing cycle after March 20th each year. Based on the feedback from our customers, this will allow you to better plan and budget for these increases.

Will my monthly fee increase again this year?

The following factors may have an impact on your monthly cost increasing: 

  • Purchasing of New Bundles
  • Breaching of Service Level factors such as
    • Transaction Volume
    • Record Counts
    • Worker Logins
  • Duration of Sandbox Usage
