Overview
This article provides an overview of the changes in release 2026.06 (CIMcloud internal tag 4.16).
Release date: 6/16/2026
Updates And Fixes
Global Warehouse Selection and Pick-Up
Customers can now select a single warehouse, pick-up location, or shipping address that applies to their entire session before creating an order. A warehouse selector can be displayed in the site header, with support for an “All Warehouses” option, configurable labels, and default selections for new sessions. Switching between specific warehouses prompts the user before clearing the cart. This feature must be enabled and configured for your site. More information: Warehouse/ Address /Pick-up Location Selection Prior to Order Creation
Additional Invoice Types During Invoice Payment
The invoice payment page can now include additional invoice types (for example, credit memos) using a simple comma-delimited list setting — a more user-friendly option than the previous search-string configuration. A configurable message can also be displayed when credit memos fully cover an invoice payment. This feature must be enabled and configured for your site. More information: Pay Invoices Online – Credit Card & ACH
Deposits & Prepayments
A dedicated Deposits & Prepayments page is now available for customers to view their deposit and prepayment records, with new navigation links that can be enabled per site. The Statements page was also modernized: the Open Invoices, Prepayments, and Adjustments sections now use sortable data tables and support aggregate views for National Accounts (parent/child account) customers. More information: Deposits & Prepayments
CRM Activity & Ticket Updates
CRM tickets now support a Due Date field, and activities can be pinned and ordered so the most important items stay at the top of the timeline. A new “Convert To Ticket” option turns an activity into a ticket. The conversion option must be enabled for your site. More information: Basic Tasks/Ticketing System
Per-Site llms.txt Content
Each Customer Site can now serve its own llms.txt file, managed from a dedicated tab in the Worker Portal under Customer Sites > [Site] > llms.txt. This lets each site publish guidance for AI tools on its own domain. More information: Customer Site Settings – llms.txt
Default Inventory Display Profile
An Inventory Display Profile can now be marked as the site default using a new “Use as Default” setting. Products without an assigned profile automatically use the default, and setting a new default automatically unsets the previous one. More information: Inventory Display Settings
Product Configurator Updates
Configured product orders now display the selected options on standard order confirmation and quote notification emails. A new “Roll up Taxable Amounts?” product setting calculates tax on the combined total of all configured items using the main product’s tax class. Dynamic pricing is also supported for configurator answers with variable quantities.
Always Visible Save Buttons
The main save button on Worker Portal add/edit pages now floats at the bottom right of the screen, keeping it accessible while scrolling through long forms. Scrolling to the bottom of the page returns the button to its standard position. This behavior is enabled automatically and requires no configuration.
User Defined Fields (UDFs) – Preview
Admins can now add, configure, and display User Defined Fields for supported tables directly in the Worker Portal under Settings > User Defined Fields. UDFs make it possible to capture and display additional data on records (such as products) without custom development, and product UDFs are searchable in site search. This capability must be enabled for your site. More information: User Defined Fields (UDFs)
Customizable Email Templates (Liquid Templates) – Preview
System emails can now be customized using Liquid templates through a new template editor in the Worker Portal. The editor includes a live preview, test-send capability, and autocompletion for available data fields. Supported emails include Order Confirmation, Quote Notifications, Abandoned Carts, Contact Us, Account Approval, Shipment Tracking, password/login emails, and more. This capability must be enabled for your site.
ERP Configuration Access & ERP Custom Field Mappings – Preview
Admins can now have limited access to ERP To-Web and From-Web configurations. This includes being able to add custom field mappings, making it easier to sync custom data between your ERP and your site. This is especially powerful with used in conjunction with User Defined Fields (UDFs). This capability must be enabled for your site. More information: ERP Custom Field Mappings
Pricing Override Edits in Worker Portal – Preview
Workers can now view and (when enabled) edit Pricing Overrides and Price Group Overrides in the Worker Portal. Pricing Overrides navigation is visible to all workers with pages defaulting to read-only; a new feature setting controls whether editing is allowed. Help text on the editing pages has been improved to better explain each setting. More information: Creating and Managing Pricing Overrides Outside of ERP Sync
